About the Transaction

Sell-side advisors to ENG Group, a company engaged in the business of developing artificial intelligence software for image recognition, in the transaction connected to the sale of a majority stake of its share capital to Maticmind S.p.A., a CVC Capital Partners company and leading system integrator in the Italian ICT sector. 

GC Advisory: 

  • performed the financial analysis on the group’s companies
  • drafted the transaction documentation, including the information memorandum
  • targeted a selected number of bidders, that led to the selection of Maticmind S.p.A.

Agren, an Italian agrisolar (agrivoltaic) project company sponsored by Di Carlo Holding (DCH), has completed a €132 million senior secured bond facility fully subscribed by Pollen Street Capital. The proceeds will finance the development of a 14-plant agrivoltaic portfolio located in Puglia and Campania, with an aggregate installed capacity of around 139 MW, supporting DCH’s build-out of the Agren platform in Italy’s fast-growing agrivoltaics segment
