Founded in 2021, The Nest Company is an innovative startup engaged in the development, production, and commercialization of digital platforms for waste and product traceability using blockchain technology. Agren, an Italian agrisolar (agrivoltaic) project company sponsored by Di Carlo Holding (DCH), has completed a €132 million senior secured bond facility fully subscribed by Pollen Street Capital. Else Solutions S.r.l., an Italy-based company specialized in the distribution and production of advanced solutions for nuclear medicine and radiotherapy, has sold a majority stake to 21 Invest through its impact fund 21 Invest Healthcare. The transaction also saw the participation of BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments and Fondo Italiano di Investimento as co-investors, with Banco BPM providing acquisition financing and operational credit lines to support the company’s next growth phase.
