Crea.Re Advisory, the investment specialist of Crea.Re Group, has completed the creation of the Mi.To Fund, promoted and managed by Green Arrow Capital SGR.

Mi.To leverages an innovative business model based on a strong digital component, benefiting from the real estate expertise developed by Crea.Re Advisory, a company exclusively dedicated to supporting the fund. The fund successfully achieved its first closing, quickly reaching the target of 40 million euros while making its first investment with a cutting-edge residential development project in the heart of Milan.

GC Advisory assisted Mi.To in:

  • preparing market analysis and researches, crucial for defining the fund’s equity story
  • drafting the fundraising information package and the corporate structure, essential for the success of the fundraising

Agren, an Italian agrisolar (agrivoltaic) project company sponsored by Di Carlo Holding (DCH), has completed a €132 million senior secured bond facility fully subscribed by Pollen Street Capital. The transaction also saw the participation of BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments and Fondo Italiano di Investimento as co-investors, with Banco BPM providing acquisition financing and operational credit lines to support the company’s next growth phase.
